How To Use The Cervical Dilation Balloon Catheter

This product is used for mechanical dilation of the immature cervix before a woman termes labor induction. Through the pressure generated by the filling of the inner and outer balloons, the cervical canal is gently mechanically dilated, stimulating the synthesis and release of endogenous prostaglandins, thereby promoting cervical maturation.
1. Insert both balloons so that they both pass through the cervical canal
2. Fill one balloon with 40mL of regular saline (the red piston is marked with the letter "U")
3. Fill two balloons with 20mL of regular normal saline (the green piston is marked with the letter "V")
4. Increase the amount of fluid in the balloon (20mL each time) until the amount of fluid in each balloon increases to a larger 80mL
