Advantages of Ptfe Heat Shrink
High temperature resistance
The working temperature is up to 260℃, while the working temperature of ordinary heat shrink tubing is usually between 1255~135℃.
Corrosion resistance
It is inert to most chemicals and solvents, and can withstand strong acids, alkalis, water and various organic solvents.
Weather resistance
It has the best aging life among plastics.
High lubricity
It has the lowest friction coefficient among solid materials. Non-adhesive: It has the smallest surface tension among solid materials and does not adhere to any substance.
High shrinkage ratio
PTFE heat shrink tubing has a high shrinkage ratio and can shrink to 50%~70% of its original size at high temperature, and will remain in a shrunk state after cooling, so it can be used in various occasions that require shrinkage, fixing, sealing, etc.

Production process
PTFE resin, extruder → Mixing → Storage → Preforming → Pushing → Drying → Sintering → Cooling → Heat treatment → Blowing → Cooling → Product.
The front part is the same as the ordinary PTFE tube.
Heat treatment: The process of quenching the dried and sintered pipe after further full sintering at high temperature, the temperature is 390℃±2℃, and the coolant is -5℃.
Blowing: At about 310℃, fill the compressed gas below 0.98MPa, the blowing rate is 200%-400%.
Main equipment: Blowing machine, other and ordinary PTFE pipe same.
