Steerable Introducer Sheath

Steerable Introducer Sheath is suitable for inserting medical devices such as guide wires and catheters into blood vessels.

1. Thoroughly rinse the Steerable Introducer Sheath and the outer wall of the expander with heparinized physiological saline, connect the syringe to the three-way valve and the expander respectively, inject heparinized physiological saline into the adjustable curved sheath and expander, rinse the lumen, and expel air inside the lumen.

2. Check the Steerable Introducer Sheath to ensure that the sheath and dialator are not bent, twisted or damaged.

3. Please refer to the recommended maximum outer diameter of the guide wire when using this product.

4. Carefully thread the Steerable Introducer Sheath along the end of the guide wire and push the guide wire catheter to the designated vascular position

5. When the guide wire reaches a curved blood vessel or a branch blood vessel at a certain angle that cannot continue to pass through, push the adjustable bent sheath tube to the vicinity of the curved blood vessel or branch blood vessel at a certain angle, adjust the position appropriately, and adjust the distal angle appropriately to reach the appropriate position and angle. The Steerable Introducer Sheath can enter the target blood vessel along the guide wire.

6. Restore the distal angle of the Steerable Introducer Sheath , retract along the guide wire, and withdraw from the blood vessel.

7. Complete the surgery according to the operation method of the selected instrument or catheter.

1.5F/6F: mesenteric artery, with a curvature diameter of 25mm

2.7F/8F: Renal artery curvature diameter 25mm

3.6F/7f/8F: BTK corss over treatment, with a curvature diameter of 25mm

4.Usually with a curvature diameter of 50mm: used for removing filters and iliac arteries
